We've officially entered winter, with its bone-chilling gusts and descending darkness at 4:30 p.m. About a month ago (I think), though, I must have been overcome by the burgeoning fall in Virginia. I forgot about these photos, until I was downloading images from my camera tonight.
The view from my living room.
Pretty sunshiney leaves!
My parking lot (a nice place to come home to).

fall is so pretty up here. it's a strange thing for a deep-south kid like me. back home, the leaves are green, then all of a sudden they turn brown and fall off.
Mags- I know! Florida gets no winter at all--they're green all year round. Fall used to stress me out when I first moved here, because it meant that COLD (freezing, freezing COLD!) was coming. Now, though, it's just gorgeous and breathtaking.
Nice! I have to say that's one of the few things I enjoyed about going to college in Virginia--beautiful nature.
BEAUTIFUL!!!!
